The Age Friendly GIANTs fonds contains digital records related to the planning, administration, and deliverables created as a part of the Phase 1 (2017) digital storytelling workshop, as well as the Phase 2 (2019) expansion of this project into other events and programs aimed at seniors and older adults in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Records consist of administrative materials including meeting minutes, applications, and contracts; promotional materials such as advertisements, press releases, news articles, posters, and handbills; records related to running programs and events including blank handouts, tip sheets, slideshows, event-related notes and photographs, and feedback forums; final versions of digital storytelling videos; and educational resources including fact sheets and an education toolkit. Formats largely consist of Word documents (.docx) and Adobe PDF files (.pdf), with a substantial amount of Quicktime videos (.mov) and MPEG-4 Media Files (.mp4), as well as some SubRip Subtitle Files (.srt), JPEG files (.jpg), and Portable Network Graphics (.png).
