This series consists of documentation from 2023 to 2025, related to the ongoing development of her paper “Myth and Conflict Under the Solomonic Dynasty: A Case Study of Queen Gudit and the Queen of Sheba” for publication. There are documents showing her research and writing process, preparation for her presentation at the annual conference of the Canadian Society of Medievalists, and her work with Dr. Michael Gervers and De Gruyter as a copyeditor on a volume on the Ethiopian Dark Ages, where the paper will be published.
Materials in the series include registration forms and receipts, drafts and final copies of “Myth and Conflict Under the Solomonic Dynasty,” research notes and annotated sources, a manuscript, annotated copies of the other papers in the volume, publisher specifications, CVs, abstracts, work contracts, timesheets, and an image to accompany Katherine’s paper in the volume. The fonds consists of records documenting Rae Zhang's academic, professional, and personal activities, with particular emphasis on: her educational trajectory and research in information management; employment history including banking and archival work; athletic participation in fencing, tennis, and golf; and her ongoing volunteer work with animal rescue organizations in China.
The academic records include research papers, course materials, and awards spanning her studies at MacEwan University, University of Toronto, and current graduate work. Professional documentation covers her tenure at Bank of Montreal and practicum experiences at cultural institutions.
A significant portion of the fonds relates to extracurricular activities, including detailed records of sports training and competition, as well as comprehensive materials from her animal welfare advocacy - particularly visual designs and campaign strategies developed for stray animal awareness initiatives in Henan province.

Fonds reflects Rachel Fry’s work in libraries and archives, personal records, and educational background. There are three series in the fonds are based on these three categories and functions. The fonds consists primarily of digital files in PDF, JPEG or .docx formats with some textual records. Work files include: correspondence; contracts; and other materials. Personal files include: correspondence; photographs; notebooks; and financial records. Educational background include: completed assignments; planning documents; lecture notes; and reading notes.
