The fonds consist of the personal and professional records of Aaron Wickberg, produced between 2008-2025 in China, Taiwan, and Canada. Records cover his artistic and academic career, alongside his personal life. Records are divided into four series by topic, covering correspondence, theatrical performances, academic writing, and personal tabletop notes and creations. The records include both digital and physical materials, with essays, recorded performance footage, notes, and email correspondence as the chief documentary forms.

This fonds consists of records created by Adam Sapa in his completion of his Master of Information degree at University of Toronto.

The Age Friendly GIANTs fonds contains digital records related to the planning, administration, and deliverables created as a part of the Phase 1 (2017) digital storytelling workshop, as well as the Phase 2 (2019) expansion of this project into other events and programs aimed at seniors and older adults in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Records consist of administrative materials including meeting minutes, applications, and contracts; promotional materials such as advertisements, press releases, news articles, posters, and handbills; records related to running programs and events including blank handouts, tip sheets, slideshows, event-related notes and photographs, and feedback forums; final versions of digital storytelling videos; and educational resources including fact sheets and an education toolkit. Formats largely consist of Word documents (.docx) and Adobe PDF files (.pdf), with a substantial amount of Quicktime videos (.mov) and MPEG-4 Media Files (.mp4), as well as some SubRip Subtitle Files (.srt), JPEG files (.jpg), and Portable Network Graphics (.png).

Fonds consists of the academic history, activism, interviews and photography by Alexie Ankomah. Records are organized into four series which include: print portrait photographs of families and friends, audio and video of oral history interviews conducted by Ankomah, letter correspondence related to activism, and textual and electronic records of essays, research notes, research assignments, lecture notes, and a collage from Ankomah undergraduate and graduate education.

Fonds contains multimedia records accumulated by Allison Mei relating to her personal life, academic studies, and activist pursuits, between 2016 to 2025. Most of the records were created within Canada, with a few exceptions from Allison's time abroad and traveling Europe. Consists of journals, notebooks, photographs, film negatives, digital photo scans, digital assignments, textbook files, word documents, research material, and personal correspondence.

Fonds consists primarily of records generated by So in academic and personal. Academic materials were mainly created during So's work at University of British Columbia and University of Toronto. Materials include notes, sketchbooks, personal correspondence, journals, memos, 1 CD, and some published materials (copies only). The fonds also include digital files containing TIFF files, primarily generated from creative assignments from Emily Carr. Fonds consist of academic, professional, and personal work produced by Ellis over the course of a 15-year period. The majority of these records pertain to Ellis's schoolwork and note taking practices, beginning with her high school enrolment in September 2010 and proceeding up until April 2025. Also included are draft notes and correspondences regarding her freelance editing work, as well as a select collection of Ellis's artwork.

Materials include digital text files, audio recordings, notebooks, email transcripts, canvas paintings, and drawings both loose and bound. The records are arranged into 3 series.

Fonds consists of records arising from Brittany Jeans’ academic and professional endeavours. Her scholarly work predominantly centres around early modern English literature, the Protestant Reformation in England, Canadian history, and medieval to early modern European history. Her professional work significantly involves Newfoundland heritage and arts, especially the St. John’s art community in 2022-2024. Material reflects Brittany’s contributions and connections within these fields, and the relationships she forged between her academic interests and local cultural heritage work.

Records include essays and major projects from Brittany’s Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and Master of Information, and student assistantship materials from her time as a university student. Also present are working files from her position at the Pharmacy Museum of Newfoundland and Labrador, and from custom framing designs created while working at Newfoundland Canvas. Primarily in photographic form, her framing designs present the display process for many local exhibition projects, as well as personal projects, and document conservation approaches used for various artwork formats. To accompany this documentation, a selection of Brittany’s artworks in common traditional Newfoundland crafting styles are included in Series 4.

The fonds consists of records documenting the personal and academic activities of Chloe Thierstein, with a focus on her academic pursuits, creative practices, and participation in scholarly communities. It includes materials generated through her academic work, such as research papers, transcripts, awards, and conference presentations.

A significant portion of the fonds related to Thierstein’s engagement with material arts, specifically ceramics and knitting. These records include design sketches, project notes, glaze recipes, and patterns. The fonds also include a selection of original photographs taken by Thierstein, encompassing both artistic photography and documentation of personal and professional events.

The records within the fonds provide insight into the intersections of creative expression and academic work during Chloe Thierstein’s lifetime. they reflect her interdisciplinary practice combining academic inquiry, artistic production, and community engagement.
