Fonds consists primarily of records generated by So in academic and personal. Academic materials were mainly created during So's work at University of British Columbia and University of Toronto. Materials include notes, sketchbooks, personal correspondence, journals, memos, 1 CD, and some published materials (copies only). The fonds also include digital files containing TIFF files, primarily generated from creative assignments from Emily Carr. Materials are organized in accordance to the personal nature of Alston’s work. The fonds is organized into the following series and subseries:
