This file contains photographs taken by David Slipetz during travel and temporary residence in Singapore and Malaysia between the summers of 2012 to 2016. The images document urban landscapes, architectural details, everyday street scenes, natural environments and candid portraits of daily life. The photographs reflect both personal memory and aesthetic exploration, often experimenting with light, symmetry and framing.

Some projects within this file were later shared on personal photography blogs and social media and select images were printed. The files serves as both a personal travel archive and an early example of the creator's developing photographic style.

This file contains photographs taken during David's trip to Japan for his study abroad. Photographs, videos and textual records capture scenes primarily from Fukuoka, Japan where he lived but also includes, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Nagasaki, Hiroshima and other locations. The images document street life, historical architecture, natural landscapes, food, culture, campus life and friends. Particular attention is paid to architecture and everyday life.

The file also includes one notebook which presents a curated narrative of David's photographic journey through the country.

This file consists of photographs taken during a summer archaeological excavation in Italy in 2018. Photos include scenes from Rome, Bari, Positano, the Amalfi Coast and Gravina in Puglia where the expedition took place. The collection explores archaeological themes of antiquity, contemporary life, architectural ruins, museum interiors, street markets. There are photographs of excavated skeletons in situ for which access has been restricted unless requested.

The file also contains 14 black and white photographs which were developed and printed by David upon his return home.

Themes include archaeology, ancient architecture, mythology and daily life. Many of the physical photographs are annotated with contextual information of the date and location on the back.

The file also includes an archaeological notebook summarizing the trip and offering insights into some of the photographs.
